Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MAKR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Definitions

"Service"
The MAKR website, AI tools, assessments, and any related services.
"User"
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content"
All text, graphics, images, software, and other materials on the Service.
"AI Output"
Any content generated by our AI tools, including roadmaps and recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with our systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools generate content based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.
  • You are responsible for validating AI recommendations before implementation.
  • AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, technical, or otherwise).

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, except for user-provided content and AI outputs, is owned by MAKR and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By using our AI tools, you grant us a license to process your input for the purpose of generating outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MAKR shall not be liable for any direct damages exceeding the amount you paid for our services.
  • MAKR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • MAKR is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAKR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Flanders, Belgium.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
