Our Commitment to Transparency

At MAKR, we believe in being transparent about how we use artificial intelligence. This page explains what AI systems we use, how they work, and your rights when interacting with AI-generated content.

AI Systems We Use

We currently use AI in the following areas:

Strategic AI Roadmap Generator

Purpose:
Generate personalized AI adoption roadmaps based on your industry and business context.
Technology:
Large Language Models (OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini) via the rig-rs framework.
Data Used:
Publicly available information from your website (if provided), industry context, and your input.
Human Oversight:
All roadmaps are suggestions and should be validated with your technical team before implementation.

AI Maturity Assessment

Purpose:
Calculate your organization's AI readiness score based on survey responses.
Technology:
Rule-based scoring algorithm (not machine learning).
Human Oversight:
Scoring methodology developed by human experts; results are informational only.

How AI Outputs Are Generated

When you use our AI Roadmap Generator:

  1. We collect your input (website URL or industry description).
  2. If a URL is provided, we analyze publicly available content from your website.
  3. We send a structured prompt to the AI model with your context.
  4. The AI generates suggestions which are formatted and presented to you.

Limitations and Disclaimers

AI systems have inherent limitations. Please be aware:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.
  • The AI cannot fully understand your unique business context.
  • AI models may reflect biases present in their training data.
  • Information may not be up-to-date with the latest developments.

Human Review

We strongly recommend that any AI-generated recommendations be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation. Our AI tools are designed to augment human decision-making, not replace it.

Your Rights

When interacting with our AI systems, you have the right to:

  • Be informed when you are interacting with AI-generated content.
  • Request human review of AI-generated recommendations.
  • Contest or provide feedback on AI outputs.
  • Opt out of AI processing (contact us for manual consultations).

EU AI Act Compliance

We are committed to complying with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. Our AI tools are designed with transparency, human oversight, and user rights in mind.

Our AI systems are classified as low-risk under the EU AI Act, as they provide advisory information that does not directly impact fundamental rights or safety.
